A Florentine Dream - Travel video

Since our first days together, we both dream of travelling the world, experiencing different cultures, people and places. Weekends abroad is a passion we pursuit every chance we get. And the weekends we spend home, we dream about our next destination.

Last weekend, we took a trip to Florence. Or that’s where we thought we were going initially. You see we booked the wrong tickets and instead of flying to Florence, we ended up in Pisa. Thoughts of shuttered dreams were quickly replaced by the prospect of visiting two cities in less than 48 hours. And so our mini tour of Tuscany began.

For my wife, this was a dream-destination coming true. She meticulously planned every single detail for this trip. From walks, to restaurants, to boutiques, to sandwich shops, to view-points, to bars and train tickets. “To make the most of it” she said.

For me, this was the perfect opportunity to capture Florence from a different perspective. Her perspective.
